Quick answers for capture, GitHub, billing, and security. Integrations that are not configured stay optional.
Quick Capture
Press Cmd/Ctrl+K from any dashboard screen, type a thought, and press Enter. Capture saves immediately. Triage later in Inbox: convert to a task, a new project, or discard.

Tap the mic on the capture bar or the mobile floating button. Speech is transcribed and saved to Inbox immediately — no project picker first. Chrome and Android work via the Web Speech API; Safari needs webkitSpeechRecognition. If voice is unavailable or the mic is blocked, type instead. Transcripts are stored, not audio files.

Home defaults to Now: your focused project, one next unblocked action, and glanceable status. Later shows every project, archived work, and create. Rename, archive, and delete live on each project’s Manage page. Inbox count stays in the nav.

The calendar is a week-first view of optional scheduledFor dates — when you intend to work, not a deadline system. Undated tasks and inbox items stay in the parking lot. Place with a date picker, drag onto a day, or accept suggestions. Clear a date to unschedule. Dates never sync to GitHub. This is not Gantt.

Link owner/repo in Settings to import open issues. Tasks stay local until you publish or move one to In Progress. Live GitHub webhooks are optional and can stay unconfigured.

Add your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or xAI key in Settings. Brainstorm and PRD generation work without a key using a local fallback; model output requires a key.

Stripe checkout and Customer Portal are used when Stripe keys are configured. If they are not, the rest of the workspace still works and billing actions stay disabled.

View and revoke sessions, read the audit log, and request account deletion. Idle sessions expire after 30 days. Deletion purges the workspace after the 30-day window.
